Our refund policy is good within 30 days of placing your order. Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, not as described on our site, or for incorrect items.
Due to problems with scams, we do not issue refunds for products that arrive as advertised and undamaged. If your strap doesn't fit, we will happily send you an adjustment tool on us.
We appreciate your support and understanding in our effort to combat scamming, as it has become a major problem in the e-commerce space.
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please email pictures of your order to email@example.com and we will process your full refund immediately.
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order and be issued a refund, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order will have been processed and shipped and the above terms will then apply for refunds. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an order cancellation.
